How selling works
The money is with us before you send the ticket, and with you the day after the event.
Find your event- Choose the event and date, then set your price per ticket. We take up to 10% from your price, less on pricier tickets, with no other seller fees.
- Upload the original ticket email so we can verify its source, or choose an in-app transfer from the ticket provider.
- When it sells, we'll email you. The buyer has already paid Mertskhali, so you can deliver with confidence.
- You are paid 24 hours after the event starts. A buyer can pause payment only by reporting a ticket problem; we check the evidence against the ticket provider's records.
Sell more, pay less
Every sale counts once its payout is released. Reach 5 and you're a Trusted seller; reach 25 and you're Pro. The lower rate applies to everything you list or reprice from then on.
