How to claim
Report it from your order page within 24 hours of the start time. The seller isn't paid while we review it, so the money is still here to return.
Not covered
- Changing your mind. You can resell the ticket here instead.
- Money paid outside Mertskhali. We never ask you to pay by bank transfer, cash or a link in a message.
- Being refused entry for personal reasons: face control, dress code, age or a club's member list. Door staff make that call, not us.
- Being refused over the name on the ticket. Some venues check names strictly and some don't. We check what we can, but we can't promise how a venue treats a ticket in someone else's name.
- You pay MertskhaliNot the seller. They never touch your money.
- The ticket reaches youOn your order page, in the ticket provider's app, or by hand.
- You go inAnything wrong? Report it within 24 hours.
- The seller is paidOnly after that, and only if nobody reported a problem.
